Two decrees issued in the Official Gazette of December 31, 2010 mandating a contracting unit for fruits and vegetables from 1 March 2011 the other for milk cow on 1 April 2011. The Department
seems to go very fast, which does not facilitate the flexibility of farmers involved. For its part, the Coordination Rurale has already indicated that these contracts are supposed to protect the producers do not guarantee them as the actual price paid will not be playable on the contract. In addition, we are moving towards a logic of "double volume - double price" with the key to a possible drop in prices paid to producers and especially high volatility.
