As we indicated in our previous note recognition Info nature of agricultural disaster for grassland (50% loss) and corn silage (35% loss) is effective. The ministerial order has been issued and mayors will receive the records to be completed in the coming days. They will view the order in the stride and the farmers concerned will then have one month to file their application.
We recall that only losses are compensable grassland forage and corn silage are excluded from compensation because they are insurable.
Things to do:
Specifically, all Vendéen breeders with a very strong dominance of grassland and fodder crop rotation will have to complete a file consisting of one part of a letter from their insurance company and other share a listing of operations.
CAUTION: Before handling the complete application must be returned DDTM for January 31 2011. The RC will hold several Vendée 3 meetings by the end of January:
